Abstract
Diplomskim radom prikazan je postupak izrade dijela dokumentacije za izradu ponude za nadmetanje na natječaju izvođenja radova na izgradnji I. dijela ceste/infrastrukture - produžetak Kanižlićeve ulice u Osijeku. Pomoću ustupljene natječajne dokumentacije, prikazan je postupak proračuna jediničnih cijena i ukupne cijene radova te vremenski plana izvođenja radova koji su bitni za potpunost natječajne dokumentacije jer su kao kriteriji za odabir ekonomski najpovoljnije ponude definirani ukupni troškovi i vrijeme potrebno za izvođenje. Radovi se ustupaju Izvođaču na temelju provedenog postupka javne nabave. U početnom dijelu rada prikazani su općenito ugovori u graditeljstvu i postupci javne nabave u Republici Hrvatskoj.
Abstract (english)
The diploma paper presents the procedure for drafting a part of the documentation for the preparation of a tender for the tender for the execution of works on the construction of part I of the road / infrastructure - an extension of Kanižlićeva Street in Osijek. The submitted tender documentation shows the procedure of calculating unit prices and the total cost of works, as well as the timetable for the execution of works, which are essential for the completeness of the tender documentation, since the total costs and time required to complete the tender are defined as criteria for selecting the most economically advantageous tender. The works are awarded to the Contractor on the basis of the public procurement procedure. The initial part of the paper shows generally the construction contracts and public procurement procedures in the Republic of Croatia.
