Abstract
U okviru diplomskog rada trebalo je provjeriti mogućnost izrade plutajućih kuća na hrvatskom jadranskom priobalju. Zadatak je bio utvrditi okolnosti i pronaći rješenja koja se specifično pojavljuju prilikom projektiranja i izgradnje plutajućih kuća. Cjelokupna problematika predstavljena je jednim primjerom, tj. uvjetima i rješenjima na odabranoj lokaciji. Odabrana lokacija je uvala Šašina, naselje Seget Vranjica pokraj Trogira. Analizirani su morski valovi (vjetrovi, privjetrišta, sidrenje) i morske razine, te su utvrđene njihove projektne vrijednosti. Projektiranjem je obuhvaćen proračun plutajuće baze i kuće (turističkog apartmana). Dat je osvrt na građevne materijale i tehnologiju izvedbe.
Abstract (english)
Within the framework of the diploma thesis it was necessary to examine the possibilities of constructing floating houses on the Croatian Adriatic coast. The task was to identify the circumstances and find solutions that specifically appeared in the design and construction of floating homes. The whole problem is presented with one example, ie conditions and solutions in one location. The chosen location is Šašina bay in the settlement Seget Vranjica near Trogir. The sea level and waves (winds, fetch, mooring) and their design values were analyzed. The design covers the calculation of the floating base and the house-tourist suite. A review of building materials and performance technology is given.
