Abstract Prema priloženoj skici lučne hale, kao tema diplomskog rada potrebno je bilo napraviti
proračun iste. U diplomskom radu prikazat će se proračun glavnih i sekundarnih elemenata
konstrukcije, te sustava za prostornu stabilizaciju. Predmetna građevina smještena je u gradu
Osijeku, tlocrtnih dimenzija 20,00x35x00 metara, ukupne visine u sljemenu nosača +10,40
metara mjereno od najniže kote okolnog terena. Konstrukcija hale sastoji se od krovnog
pokrova sustava „PERFA“, koji je položen okomito na sekundarne elemente konstrukcije.
Sekundarne elemente čine podrožnice postavljene na lučnom razmaku 2,23 metara, a materijal
izrade je puno drvo razreda čvrstoće C24. Poprečni presjek sljemene/rubne podrožnice
b/h=12/24 cm, dok su ostale podrožnice dimenzija b/h=18/24 cm. Statički sustav istih je prosta
greda raspona 5,00 metara. Sekundarni elementi oslonjeni su na glavne nosače koji su
postavljeni na međusobnom osnom razmaku od 5,00 metara. Statički sustav glavnog nosača je
trozglobni okvir sastavljen od zakrivljene grede konstantnog poprečnog presjeka. Dimenzije
poprečnog presjeka grede b/h=16/60 cm, radijus luka je 10,00 m, što ujedno čini i visinu nosača.
Materijal izrade je lijepljeno lamelirano drvo razreda čvrstoće GL28h. Prostorna stabilizacija
konstrukcije osigurana je krovnim spregovima izrađenim od vertikala (podrožnica) od
punog drveta razreda čvrstoće C24 i od čeličnih dijagonala kvalitete S275 kružnog
poprečnog presjeka ϕ20 mm. Dijagonale sprega modelirane su kao vlačni štapovi, što znači
da prenose samo uzdužnu vlačnu silu. Djelovanja na konstrukciju proračunata su prema
HRN EN 1991-1-1, HRN EN 1991-1-3 i HRN EN 1991-1-4 propisima ovisno o
lokaciji, klimatskim uvjetima i dimenzijama objekta. Dimenzioniranje i proračun otpornosti
podrožnica i glavnih nosača proveden je prema HRN EN 1995-1-1 propisima, dok je
proračun prostorne stabilizacije proveden prema HRN EN 1993-1-1. Rezne sile potrebne
za dimenzioniranje glavnih i sekundarnih elemenata konstrukcije, kao i stabilizacijskog
sustava dobivene su zamjenskim modelima u računalnom programu Autodesk Robot
Structural Analysis Professional 2019.
Abstract (english) According to the attached sketch of arched hall, as a topic of the thesis it was necessary to
calculate tHe same. In the thesis it will be presented calculation of secondary and the main
structural elements, as well as the system for space stabilization. The location of construction
is in the city Osijek, with base dimensions 20,00x35,00 meters and total height of +10,40 meter
measured from the lowest part of the surrounding terrain. The roof cover is „PERFA“ system
which is laid on perpendicular to the secondary elements of the structure. The arch distance of
secondary elements is 2,23 meters and material is solid wood strength class C24. The cross
section of the secondary ridge/edge girders b/h=12/24 cm, while the other girders are b/h=18/24
cm. The static system is simple beam 5,00 meters long. The static system of main girders is
three-hinged frame consisting of curved beam constant cross section. The dimensions of main
girders b/h=16/60 cm, the radius of the arch is 10,00 m. Material is glued laminated wood,
strength class GL28h. Space stabilization system is ensured roof braces set which contains
verticals (secondary girders) made of solid wood strength class C24 and diagonals made of
steel strength class S275. The braces diagonal are ϕ 20mm in full circular cross section which
were modeled as a tensile rods. Structural actions were calculated according to HRN EN
1991-1-1, HRN EN 1991-1-3 and HRN EN 1991-1-4 regulations depending on the location,
climatic conditions and dimensions of the building, while the girders were calculated
according to the HRN EN 1995-1-1 regulations. The roof braces were calculated according to
HRN EN 1993-1-1 regulations. The forces required to dimension secondary and main elements
were calculated in computer program Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis Professional 2019.
