Abstract
Zadatak ovog diplomskog rada je situirati problem gradilišnog rasporeda u ukupni sistem pripreme izvođenja, te dati metodološki prikaz faza prostornog rasporeda. Trebalo je opisati načela za rad prilikom donošenja operativnih odluka, te posebna uputstva za rad na gradilištima koja smanjuju mogućnost nesreća na radu i osiguravaju nesmetan rad proizvodnih sistema u prostoru. Također, bilo je potrebno opisati aktualne strojeve i uređaje za gradilišta visokogradnje i njihove osobine u pogledu prostornog smještaja. Priprema građenja putem izbora i planiranja tehnologije građenja, dinamike izvođenja radova, planiranja gradilišnog rasporeda i logistike, nastoji koordinirati građevinske zahvate kako bi se svi radovi odvijali po planu i bez prekida. Proces građenja je različit od većine drugih procesa, te je stoga itekako važno njegovo planiranje. Treba uvijek imati na umu da je građenje proces koji se odvija na otvorenom, da troškovi procesa građenja mogu biti znatno veći od vrijednosti poduzeća koje izvodi te radove, te da nejednolika upotreba resursa i krive odluke znatno povećavaju troškove i trajanje projekta.
Abstract (english)
Situate the problem of the construction site layout in preparation of the overall system performance, and provide a methodological overview of stages of spatial distribution. Describe the principles to work when making operational decisions, and instructions for work on construction sites, which reduce the possibility of accidents and ensure smooth operation of production systems in the area. Describe current machines and devices for high-rise construction sites and their characteristics in terms of physical accommodation. Preparing construction through elections and planning construction technology, dynamics of works, construction site layout planning and logistics seeks to coordinate the construction works to all the work proceeded as planned and without interruption. The process of construction is different from most other processes, so it is very important to his plan. Keep in mind that the construction process that takes place in the open air, that the cost of the construction process can be significantly higher than the value of the company that runs these works, and that the uneven use of resources and wrong choices significantly increase the cost and duration of the project.
