Abstract
Ovaj diplomski rad bavi se projektom u građevinarstvu. Definira koje su to faze projekta i što znači upravljati projektom. Pokazuje koja su ograničenja i rizici u građevinarstvu. Također je prikazano na koji je način moguće planirati troškove i vrijeme u građevinskom projektu. Na primjeru građevinskog projekta zgrade javne namjene metodom ostvarene vrijednosti (EVA metodom) prate se i kontroliraju vrijeme i troškovi, te su prikazani jednom od metoda dinamičkog planiranja, a to je S – krivulja. Analiziraju se odnosi planiranih i ostvarenih veličina te se komentiraju ostvareni indeksi izvršenja projekta.
Abstract (english)
This graduate thesis deals with the construction project. Define what are the project phases and what it means to manage the project. It shows what are the constraints and risks in construction. It also shows how to plan costs and time in a construction project. The example of a construction project of a public utility building using an earned value method (EVA method) monitors and controls time and cost, and is represented by one of the dynamic planning methods, which is the S - curve. The relationships of the planned and realized values are analyzed and the realized project indexes are commented.
