Abstract
Cilj ovog rada je prikazati metode praćenja izvršenja u građevinskim projektima, gdje treba obratiti pozornost na organizaciju građenja, te sudionike i procese građenja. Kao rezultat isporuke iz građevinskog projekta nastaje građevina. Građevinarstvo je projektno orijentiran sektor zbog toga što posluje na osnovi projekta. U građevinskim projektu promatramo sve faze projekta od same ideje do isporuke. Pri tome smo orijentirani na rješavanje problema ili ostvarivanje ideja zbog koje je projekt i pokrenut. Kroz primjer projekta izgradnje tehno parka Garešnica prikazane su metode linijskih planiranja. Napravljen je dinamički plan izvođenja radova, te je prikazano kretanje troškova projekta u vremenu pomoću „S-krivulje“ i histograma troškova.
Abstract (english)
The thesis aim is to show work-progress monitoring methods in civil engineering. Special attention is paid to construction organization and process as well as to their participants. The result of the civil engineering project, and its final delivery is a created building. Civil engineering is a project-oriented sector since it operates on a project basis. In the project, we monitor all project steps, from the idea itself to the delivery. During all the steps the focus is on problems solving or realization of ideas for which the project has been launched. The given example "Construction of Techno-Park-Garešnica" demonstrates methods of "line planning".A dynamic work plan has been created, and the project costs in time utilizing the "S-curve" and the costs histogram is presented.
