Abstract
Ovim radom predstavljena je slama kao građevinski materijal i sve njene pogodnosti u tome aspektu. Kako bi se što efikasnije pokazale primjene slame u ovome području, prezentiran je niz građevina izgrađenih upotrebom slame. Prilikom izrade ovog rada najviše mi se svidjelo što je slama lokalno dostupan i izrazito jeftin materijal te samim time konkurentan današnjim komercijalnim građevinskim materijalima. Također svidjelo mi se što se uporabom slame mogu izvesti različiti oblici građevina te u tome pogledu nema ograničenja. Nadam se da će struka što više početi prihvaćati slamu kao građevinski materijal zbog njene ekološke prihvatljivosti i brojnih drugih prednosti. Trebali bismo se što više okrenuti „zelenim“ materijalima jer su manje štetni za okoliš, koji je ionako već dovoljno zagađen. Posljednja cjelina rada jest praktični rad, projekt vikendice od slame.
