Abstract
Diplomskim radom prikazan je postupak izrade dijela dokumentacije koja je potrebna za sastavljanje ponude, koja služi za nadmetanje na natječaju za izgradnju rotora Vodnjan – Galižanska na državnoj cesti oznake DC77. Prikazan je postupak proračuna analize cijena, ukupne cijene radova te vremenskog plana izvođenja radova. Na primjeru grupa radova, kao i pojedinačnih stavki prikazana je primjena Paretovog pravila. Kao kriteriji za ocjenu ponude definirani su: ukupna cijena, rok izvršenja radova, te jamstvo za ozbiljnost ponude. Uvodni dio rada sadrži sažeti prikaz regulative vezan za Zakon o gradnji, Zakon o javnoj nabavi te ugovore o gradnji općenito.
Abstract (english)
The thesis presents the procedure of preparing part of the documentation required for participation in the tender for the construction of the roundabout Vodnjan - Galižanska on the state road with the designation DC77. The procedure of price analysis, the total price of the works and the schedule of work execution are presented. The application of the Pareto rule is shown on the example of the work groups as well as the individual works. Bid evaluation was performed based on these criteria: total price, project duration and guarantee of seriousness of the offer. The introductory part of the work contains a summary of the regulations related to the Construction Act, the Public Procurement Act and construction contracts in general.
