Abstract
Tema IT parka u Osijeku realizirana je kroz urbanistički, projektantski te tehnički dio zadatka. Zadani obuhvat smješten je u Osijeku, uz Gacku ulicu. Smješten u dijelu grada za kojeg se ne može reći kako ima određeni karakter, nit vodilja postaje stvaranje novog gravitacijskog središta tog dijela grada koji bi stvorio određen karakter tom prostoru. Odabrana parcela smještena je na jugozapadnom dijelu obuhvata. Konceptualno je zgrada zamišljena da poštuje novi urbanizma obuhvata te unutar sebe sadrži središnji prostor koji omogućava komunikaciju i interakciju korisnika zgrade.
Abstract (english)
The theme of the IT park in Osijek was realized through the urban, design and technical part of the task. Assigned location is situated in Osijek, along Gacka street. Situated in a part of the city that does not have a certian character, main guiding line becomes to create new centar of that part of the city with a certain character. The selected lot is located in the southwestern part of the assigned location. Conceptually, the building is designed to respect the new urbanism that encompasses within itself and contains a central space that allows communication and interaction of building users.
