Abstract
Za izvedbu betonskih i armiranobetonskih elemenata potrebno je pravovremeno izraditi, postaviti i učvrstiti odgovarajuću drvenu, metalnu ili sličnu oplatu. Oplata mora odgovarati mjerama građevinskih nacrta, detalja i planova oplate. Skela i oplata moraju biti izvedeni tako da se osigurava potpuna sigurnost radnika i sredstava rada kao i sigurnost prolaznika, prometa, susjednih objekata i okoline. U završnom radu opisani su osnovni pojmovi vezani uz oplate i skele koje se koriste kao privremene pomoćne konstrukcije u izvođenju betonskih i armiranobetonskih konstrukcija. U oplatama se svježi beton ugrađuje, tj. zbija i oblikuje tijekom procesa njegovog stvrdnjavanja. U radu su opisani i slikama prikazani osnovni elementi oplatnog sklopa, a to su: oplatne ploče, potkonstrukcija, nosiva konstrukcija, spojna sredstva, podupirači i uređaji za regulaciju i pridržavanje.
Abstract (english)
To make concrete and reinforced concrete elements it is necessary to make, set and strengthen timely the appropriate wooden, metal or similar formwork. The formwork has to suit the measures of the construction plans, details, and formwork plans. Scaffoldings and formwork have to be performed in a way to ensure complete safety of workers, work resources, as well as the safety of passers-by, traffic, neighbouring facilities and the environment. This paper describes basic concepts related to the sheets and scaffoldings which are used as temporary support constructions in the realization of concrete and reinforced concrete constructions. The fresh concrete is embedded in the sheets, i.e. compacted and shaped during its induration process. Paper also describes and presents in graphically - basic elements of formwork assembly, such as panel, substructure, supporting structure, couplers, pilings and regulating and adhering devices.
