Abstract
Upravljanje cijenama je ključna aktivnost u poslovnim strategijama koja utječe na profitabilnost, konkurentnost i zadovoljstvo korisnika. Cilj je postaviti cijene koje su privlačne za korisnike, ali istovremeno osiguravaju profitabilnost poslovanja. Točka pokrića kod upravljanja cijenama je mjera koja se koristi za procjenu obuhvata testiranja i analize različitih aspekata vezanih uz cijene proizvoda ili usluga. Visoka točka pokrića ukazuje na temeljito testiranje strategija cijena, promjena cijena i ostalih komponenti cjenovnog modela, što povećava vjerojatnost uspješnog upravljanja cijenama. S druge strane, niska točka pokrića može ukazivati na nedostatke u testiranju i propuste koji mogu rezultirati netočnim ili neefikasnim postavljanjem cijena. Analiza točke pokrića kod upravljanja cijenama omogućuje identifikaciju nedostataka i potrebu za dodatnim testiranjem različitih scenarija cijena i alata za upravljanje cijenama.
Abstract (english)
Price management is a key activity in business strategies that affects profitability, competitiveness and customer satisfaction The goal is to set prices that are attractive to users, but at the same time ensure the profitability of the business. The coverage point in price management is a measure used to assess the scope of testing and analysis of various aspects related to the prices of products or services. A high coverage point indicates thorough testing of price strategies, price changes, and other components of the pricing model, which increases the likelihood of successful price management. On the other hand, a low coverage point may indicate testing deficiencies and omissions that may result in inaccurate or inefficient pricing. Analysis of the breakeven point in pricing management enables the identification of gaps and the need for additional testing of different pricing scenarios and pricing management tools.
