Abstract	U ovome radu obrađuje se tema Plaće u Republici Hrvatskoj, odnosno kretanje plaća u razdoblju od 2011. godine do 2021. godine. Na samom početku rada definiran je pojam plaće. Definirano je što je to bruto plaća i neto plaća. Prikazan je uvid u zakonske propise koji definiraju oporezivanje plaće kao dohotka od nesamostalnog rada, kao i u doprinose iz plaće i na plaću. Definiran je izraz „prosječna plaća“ i prikazan je uvid u zakonske propise kojima je uređena minimalna plaća u Republici Hrvatskoj. Definirani su relativni brojevi strukture, zatim relativni brojevi dinamike s posebnim naglaskom na bazne i verižne indekse, te su definirani i relativni brojevi koordinacije. Analizirano je kretanje prosječne bruto i neto plaće u Republici Hrvatskoj kao i minimalne bruto plaće u razdoblju od 2011.godine do 2022. godine pomoću verižnih indeksa. Pomoću baznog indeksa analizirane su prosječna bruto plaća u Republici Hrvatskoj od 2011. godine do 2021. godine u odnosu na 2011., te minimalna bruto plaća u Republici Hrvatskoj od 2011. godine u odnosu na 2021
Abstract (english)	This paper deals with the topic of Wages in the Republic of Croatia, that is, the movement of wages in the period from 2011 to 2021. At the very beginning of the work, the concept of salary was defined. It is defined what is gross salary and net salary. An insight in to the legal regulations that define the taxation of wages as income from independent work, as well as contributions from wages and of wages, is presented. The term "average salary" is defined and an insight in to the legal regulations regulating the minimum salary in the Republic of Croatia is also presented. The relative numbers of the structure are defined, then the relative numbers of dynamics with special emphasis on the base and chain indexes, and the relative numbers of coordination are also defined. The movement of the average gross and net salary in the Republic of Croatia as well as the minimum gross salary in the Republic of Croatia in the period from 2011 to 2022 was analyzed using chain indexes. Using the base index, the average gross salary in the Republic of Croatia from 2011 to 2021 compared to 2011, and the minimum gross salary in the Republic of Croatia from 2011 to 2021 were analyzed
