Abstract	Uloga interneta u poslovanju dodatno je ojačana napretkom informacijske i komunikacijske tehnologije. Primjenom Interneta osiguran je pristup podatcima većem broju korisnika, dok se do primjene Interneta poslovanje odnosilo samo na lokalno područje, oglašavanjem preko lokalnih novina, izlog i dr. Stalnim rastom primjene Interneta proširena je mogućnost raznih oblika poslovanja na sve četiri strane svijeta u vrlo kratkom vremenu. Primjena Interneta doprinijela je jednostavnijoj i pouzdanijoj mogućnosti poslovanja. Upotrebom brojnih oblika istraživanja tržišta i praćenja navika korisnika pojedinih proizvoda ili usluge kroz razne društvene mreže mnogostruko se utjecalo na povećanje prodaje i ostvarenje profita.
Abstract (english)	The role of the Internet in business has been further strengthened by the progress of infomation and communication technology. The application of the Internet ensured access to data for a larger number of users, while before the application of the Internet, business was only related to the local area by advertising through local newspapers, shop windows,etc. The constant growth of the use of the Internet has expanded the possibility of various forms of business to all four corners of the world in a very short time. The use of the Internet has contributed to simpler and more reliable business opportunities, using numerous forms of market research and monitoring the habits of users of certain products or services through various social networks. The use of numerous forms of market research and monitoring the habits of users of certain products of services through early social networks had a manifold effect on increasing sales and realizing profits.
