Abstract
U završnom radu će se obraditi suvremena prodaja u svijetu, Europi te Republici Hrvatskoj. Pobliže će se objasniti trgovina na malo i trgovina na veliko te kako je pandemija imala veliki utjecaj na porast online kupovine. Prikazati će se osnovne razlike između tradicionalne i suvremene prodaje te navesti neke od prednosti i nedostataka. Nakon provedenog istraživanja pomoću grafikona prikazat će se odgovori na pitanja kao naprimjer koliko ljudi zapravo kupuje online, na koji način donose odluku za kupovinu te jesu imali neugodnih iskustava.
Abstract (english)
The final paper will deal with contemporary sales in the world, Europe and the Republic of Croatia. Retail and wholesale trade will be explained in more detail and how the pandemic has had a major impact on the increase in online shopping. The basic differences between traditional and modern sales will be presented and some of the advantages and disadvantages will be listed. After the research has been conducted, the answers to questions such as how many people actually buy online, how they make a purchase decision and whether they have had unpleasant experiences will be displayed using graphs.
