Abstract
Lutka je stara koliko i čovječanstvo, a njezina se uloga od nastanka nije uvelike promijenila, pa se smatra važnim odgojno-obrazovnim sredstvom. Pri razmatranju odnosa djeteta i lutke uočila sam bliskost igre s kojom se dijete susreće od samoga rođenja, a koja ima vrlo važnu ulogu u razvoju djeteta. Igre s lutkom za dijete imaju iznimnu važnost budući da omogućuju razumijevanje problema s drugog stajališta te tako stvaraju određene preduvjete za poticanje tolerancije, emocionalne inteligencije i empatije te uglavnom oslobađa djetetovu kreativnost koja je preduvjet stvaralaštvu. Kroz rad ističem kako pravilna uporaba lutke s odgajateljeve strane omogućuje adekvatan razvoj estetskog, kognitivnog, socijalnog i emocionalnog osjećaja kod djeteta. Uz navedeno, postoje i brojni drugi načini igre lutkom, poput njezine uloge pri odgoju djeteta, socijalnoj adaptaciji, smanjenju agresivnog i poticanju prosocijalnog ponašanja, pri razvoju individualnosti i psihofizičkom razvoju te pri razvoju govornog stvaralaštva i kvalitetnije komunikacije djeteta.

The doll is as old as mankind, and it`s role hasn`t changed deeply over the years, so it is considered extremely important educational tool. When considering the relationship of the child and the doll evident is familiarity with the game with which the child encounters of himself which has an outstanding role in his development. Doll games have exceptional importance for a child because the same allow understanding of the problem from another point of view, the creating certain conditions for the promotion of tolerance, emotional intelligence and empathy. The game with a doll frees the child's creativity, which is a prerequisite for creativity. This paper highlights how educator’s proper use of dollsprovides adequate development of aesthetic, cognitive, social and emotional feelings of the child. In addition there are many other aspects of the game with the doll, such as its role in the upbringing of the child, social adaptation, reducing aggression and promoting prosocial behavior in the development of individuality and physical development and in the development of speaking and better communication with the child.
