Abstract
Cilj je ovim radom ispitati zastupljenost simptoma poremećaja s prkošenjem i suprotstavljanjem kod dječaka i djevojčica prema procjenama učitelja razredne nastave. U istraživanju su sudjelovali učitelji razredne nastave s područja Virovitičko – podravske županije (N = 19) koji su procjenjivali ponašanja učenika iz razrednog odjela u kojem poučavaju na način da su morali označiti simptome koji se odnose na učenika čije ponašanje opisuju. Procijenjeno je ukupno 213 učenika od čega 109 dječaka i 104 djevojčice. Dijagnostički kriteriji poremećaja s prkošenjem i suprotstavljanjem koji opisuju ponašanja učenika preuzeti su iz priručnika DMS-V (2014), Američke psihijatrijske udruge. Rezultati pokazuju da su prema procjenama učitelja razredne nastave simptomi poremećaja s prkošenjem i suprotstavljanjem više prisutni kod dječaka nego kod djevojčica. Ovim istraživanjem došli smo do saznanja da prema procjeni dijagnostičkih kriterija poremećaja s prkošenjem i suprotstavljanjem učitelja razredne nastave 41 učenik od ukupno 213 procijenjenih učenika pokazuje poremećaj s prkošenjem i suprotstavljanjem, što je 19,3% učenika, odnosno svaki peti procijenjeni učenik.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this paper is to examine the prevalence of the symptoms of the oppositional defiant disorder (ODD) in boys and girls by estimates of primary school teachers. The survey was attended by primary school teachers from the area of Virovitica-Podravina Country (N = 19) who assessed the behavior of students in the classroom in which they teach, in a way that they have to mark the symptoms related to the students whose behavior they describe. A total of 213 students were assessed, of which 109 boys and 104 girls. Diagnostic criteria for oppositional defiant disorder that describe the behavior of the students are downloaded from the DMS-V (2014) manual, written by the American Psychiatric Association. The results show that, according to the estimates of primary school teachers, the symptoms of the oppositional defiant disorder are more present in boys than in girls. With this research, we have come to the conclusion that, according to the evaluation of the primary school teachers, there is the possibility that 41 out of 213 estimated pupils show signs of oppositional defiant disorder, which is 19,3% of the pupils or every fifth evaluated pupil.
