Abstract
Sportske aktivnosti jedan su od načina kojim se može spriječiti nastanak raznih bolesti odnosno povećati kvaliteta života. Također, aktivno bavljenje sportom omogućuje razvoj različitih sposobnosti. Navike bavljenja sportom treba početi usvajati već u najranijem djetinjstvu, a to se može ostvariti uključivanjem djece u razne izvannastavne i izvanškolske aktivnost. Bavljenje sportom djecu i mlade može spasiti od opasnih poroka današnjice kao što su alkohol, droga, loše društvo, loša prehrana, i sl. Jedan je od najpopularnijih kolektivnih sportova kod nas svakako odbojka. To je sport koji privlači sve strukture stanovništva svojom posebnošću t e igrom na mreži koja nema direktan kontakt s protivnikom, ali zahtjeva brzinu pokreta i razmišljanja.
Abstract (english)
Sports activities are one of the ways that can prevent the onset of various diseases or increase the quality of life. Also, active access to sports enables the development of different abilities. Sports habits should begin to be adopted already in the earliest childhood, and this can be achieved by involving children in various extracurricular and extra-curricular activities. By playing sports, children and teenagers can be saved from dangerous today's vicissitudes such as alcohol, drugs, bad society, poor nutrition,… One of the most popular collective sports in Croatia is certainly volleyball. It is a sport that attracts all population structures, with its specialty, on a net game that has no direct contact with an opponent, but demands the speed of movement and thinking.
