Abstract | Zdrava prehrana je glavni faktor koji održava naše zdravlje u ravnoteži. Našem tijelu
osigurava mnoge neophodne sastojke počevši od dovoljne količine tekućine do potrebnih
proteina, vitamina i minerala. Takva prehrana uključuje namirnice dobivene na prirodan
način, organskim uzgojem bez štetnih dodataka poput toksičnih pesticida ili opasnog
modificiranog sjemena. Studentsko doba je doba odrastanja, novih obaveza i osamostaljenja.
Neki se studenti po prvi puta susreću s kuhanjem i samostalnom kupovinom namirnica što
onda može značiti pribjegavanje konzumaciji brze hrane, to jest gotove i polugotove hrane.
Od velikog je značaja i njihov privatni, odnosno socijalni život u kojem druženje s
prijateljima često znači odlazak u restoran brze hrane, slastičarnicu, campus (studentsku
menzu) ili pekarnicu. U okviru ovoga rada, u svibnju 2016. godine, provedena je online
anketa o prehrambenim navikama koju su ispunili studenti Fakulteta za odgojne i obrazovne
znanosti u Osijeku, to jest budući učitelji i odgajatelji. Cilj je istraživanja bio ispitati
prehrambene navike studenata te uvrditi u kojoj se mjeri one podudaraju s preporučenim
smjernicama za pravilnu prehranu. Rezultati su pokazali da većina studenta doručkuje, ali da
postoje i studenti koji preskaču doručak, te da većina studenata unosi malu količinu tekućine.
Rezultati su pokazali i odstupanja u konzumaciji mesa, ribe i mlijeka koja nisu velika, kao ni
odstupanja u konzumaciji voća, ali konzumacija povrća je dosta niska. Također, rezultati su
pokazali da studenti redovito konzumiraju grickalice, čips, čokoladu, gazirana pića i hladna
jela. Važno je istaknuti da iako su rezultati pokazali da prehrambene navike dosta odstupaju
u preporukama za ovu populaciju, ITM je i dalje adekvatan za što je moguće zahvalna
tjelesna aktivnost koju ispitanici u većem postotku ipak povremeno prakticiraju. |
Abstract (english) | A healthy nutrition is a major fact that keeps our health in balance. A healthy
nutrition provides our body many necessary componentes starting from a sufficient amount of
fluid to the necessary proteins, vitamins and minerals. Such healthy nutrition includes foods
obtained in a natural way, organic farming without harmful additives such as toxic pesticides
or hazardous modified seeds. Student age is the age of growing up, new obligations and
independence. Some of the students for the first time meet with cooking and independent
grocery shooping as it can mean resorting to the consumption of fast food, finished and semifinished food. One of the great importance reason is their private and social life where they
hanging out with friends and that often means going to fast food restaurant, pastry, bakery or
campus (students restaurant). As part of this research, in May 2016. is conducted the online
questionaire of eating habits which have meet the students of the Faculty of Education in
Osijek. The aim of the study was to examine the eatings habits of students and determine the
extent in which they coincide with the recommenden guidelines for proper nutrition. The
results showed that most students eat breakfast, but there are also students which skip
breakfast. Also, most students enter a small amount of liquid. The results showed the
differences in the consumption of meat, fish and milk are not large, like variations in the
consumption of fruits, but consumption of vegetables is quite low. Also, results showed that
students regularly consume snacks, crisps, chocolate, fizzy drinks and cold dishes. It's most
important that results showed that eating habits differ a lot of recommendations for this
population, but BMI is still adequate for this population and for this is possible grateful
physical activity which students occasionally practiced. |
