Abstract
Važnost kreativnosti je jedno od ključnih obilježja suvremene nastave. U kreativnoj nastavi učenici se oslobađaju straha, potiču divergentno mišljenje, prevladavaju ugodne emocije, suradnički oblik rada i izlaze iz okvira tradicionalne nastave te je zbog toga Važno koristiti kreativne aktivnosti u svim etapama nastavnog procesa. Cilj rada je ispitati mišljenje učitelja o kreativnosti te koriste li učitelji razredne nastave kreativne tehnike u nastavnim etapama te u kojim nastavnim etapama ju koriste. Također je cilj rada bio kod učenika utvrditi osnovne karakteristike kreativnosti putem testa kreativnosti u kojemu smo istraživali elemente kreativnosti (elaborativnost, fluentnost, humor, kreativnost) prema kojima smo mogli procijeniti jesu li i u kojoj mjeri učenici kreativni. Ove karakteristike su izabrane kako bi dobili što točniju sliku razvoja kreativnosti kod osnovnoškolske djece. Istraživanje je bilo provedeno na uzorku od 70 učenika trećih i četvrtih razreda te intervju s osmero učitelja razredne nastave. Provedenim istraživanjem dobiveni su rezultati iz kojih je vidljivo da učitelji potiču kreativnost u svim nastavnim etapama koristeći brojne kreativne metode, ali je i vidljiv visok stupanj učeničke fluentnosti, originalnosti i elaborativnosti te niži stupanj humora.

The importance of creativity is a key element of contemporary schooling. In creative schooling pupils do not feel fear, they encourage divergent thinking, there are pleasant emotions, team work and they leave traditional ways of schooling and because of that it is important to use creative activities in all parts of class. The purpose of this research is to examine teachers opinion about creativity and its usage in specific parts of the class and in which part it is used the most. The purpose of this research is also to determine basic characteristic of creativity through creativity test in primary school pupils (originality, fluency, humor, elaborateness). These characteristic are chosen so we could have more precise image of development of creativity in primary school pupils. The sample was selected from Grade 3 and Grade 4 pupils. The interviews were conducted from primary school teachers. In this research we can see that teachers encourage creativity in all parts of the class using numerous methods but there is also visible a high level of pupil’s fluency, originality and elaborateness.
