Abstract
Cilj ovoga rada je saznati na koji način tjelesne aktivnosti utječu na pretilost djece predškolske dobi i na koje načine prevenirati danas sve češću pretilost koja otežava djetetov svakodnevni život i uzrokuje sve više zdravstvenih problema. Tjelesna aktivnost važna je za očuvanje zdravlja i razvoj motoričkih sposobnosti pa tako i za sprječavanje prekomjerne težine i pretilosti. Budući da je pretilost sve učestalija i među djecom predškolske dobi počelo se o tome problemu više govoriti i u medijima među kojima su najčešći televizija i novine. Pretilost negativno utječe na zdravlje, a počela se povezivati i s psihosocijalnim problemima poput depresije i gubitka samopouzdanja kod djece predškolske dobi, a također su prisutne predrasude i diskriminacija pretilie djece.

The aim of this work is to find out how physical activity affect obesity in preschool children, and how to prevent obesity now more frequent, which makes it difficult for the child's daily life and causing more health problems. Physical activity is important for the health and development of motor skills as well as for the prevention of overweight and obesity. Because obesity is increasingly prevalent among preschool children was started on the problem of talk in the media, among which are the most common television and newspapers. Obesity adversely affects health, and began to be associated with psychosocial problems such as depression and loss of self confidence children of preschool age, and are also present prejudice and discrimination of children who are obesity.
