Abstract
Poticajno okruženje daje dovoljno mogućnosti za djetetovo izražavanje, njegove stvaralačke mogućnosti, pozitivnu emocionalnu klimu, komunikaciju i vršnjačku interakciju. Unutarnje i vanjsko uređenje mora biti pažljivo isplanirano u funkciji djeteta. Vrlo bitnu ulogu ima odgojitelj kao promatrač koji osluškuje djetetove interese, potrebe i mogućnosti, sebe i svoju praksu. Okruženje za življenje i učenje djece mora biti strukturirano tako da promovira; samoregulaciju, neovisnost, suradnju, poštivanje drugačijih mišljenja, postavljanje pitanja, istraživanje, refleksiju i samoevaluaciju djece i odgojitelja. Cilj ovog istraživanja je pomoću intervjua i sustavnog promatranja okruženja u kojem djeca borave saznati stavove o tome kakvo bi trebalo biti poticajno okruženje za igru i učenje djece jasličke dobi.

A supportive environment provides enoguh opportunities for the child's expression of his creative possibilities, positive emotional climate, communication and peer interaction. Internal and external regulation must be carefully planned as a function of the child. Very important role as a trainer observer who listens to the child's interests, needs and possibilities, you and your practice. Environment for living and learning in children must be structured so as to promote; self-regulation, independence, cooperation, respect for other opinions, ask questions, research, reflection and self-evaluation of children and educators. The aim of this research is using interviews and systematic observation of the environment in which children are to know the opinions on what should be a supportive environment for play and learning in children toddlers.
