govora, njegove mašte, spoznaje i stvaralaštva.
Svojim najvažnijim funkcijama (informacijsko-odgojnom, spoznajnom, iskustvenom,
estetskom, zabavnom i govorno-jezičnom) slikovnica utječe na obogaćivanje rječnika i
govornih sposobnosti predškolskoga djeteta, razvoj slobodnoga mišljenja, shvaćanje slika i
jer se time dijete uvodi u svijet pismenosti, ono upoznaje materinski jezik, njegove prozodijske
vrijednosti, izgovor riječi, pravilnu dikciju i leksičko blago općenito, što dugoročno rezultira
sve manjim brojem nepismenih ljudi u svijetu. Bogat se rječnik još više obogaćuje čitanjem, a
samim time predstavlja izvrsnu osnovu za razvoj gramatike i ostalih jezičnih sastavnica. |
