Abstract
U diplomskom radu izraĎena su dva modela za odreĎivanje optimalne zajedničke ponude na trţištu električne energije za sustav koji se sastoji od vjetroparka i crpno-akumulacijske hidroelektrane. Prvi model za cilj ima maksimizaciju zarade. Rezultat prvog modela optimizacije je sudjelovanje na trţištu s obzirom na proizvodnju električne energije iz vjetroparka. Proizvodnja električne energije iz vjetroparka se iskorištava za pogon crpke u hidroelektrani ili se izravno prodaje na trţištu. Drugi model za cilj ima minimizaciju troškova ako doĎe do promjene proizvodnje iz vjetroparka. Rezultat sudjelovanja na trţištu prvog modela koristi se kao ulazni podatak, a s obzirom na scenarij proizvodnje električne energije iz vjetroparka dobivaju se iznosi troškova i ukupnog profita. What-if analizom odreĎuje se koji od predloţenih planova daje optimalno rješenje.

Parallel abstract (English)
The thesis developed two models to determine the optimal electricity market offer for a system consisting of wind farm and pumped storage hydro power plant. The aim of the first model is to maximize profits. The result of the first optimization models is the participation on the market with regard to production of electricity from the wind park. Electricity production from wind park is used for the pump in hydro power plant od directly sold on the market. The aim of the second model is minimization of costs if there is a change of production from a wind park. The result of participation on the market of the first model is used as input data, and considering the scenario of electricity produced from wind park are obtained amounts of costs and total profit. What-if analysis determined which of the proposed plans provides an optimal solution.
