Abstract
U radu je prikazan sustav za nadzor, kontrolu i prikupljanje podataka (SCADA) te njegov povijesni razvoj. Opisana je struktura i integracija sustava te su prikazane njegove mogućnosti. Sustav SCADA-e sastoji se od četiriju komponenti: RTU/IED-a, komunikacijskog sistema, glavne stanice i sučelja čovjek – računalo. Kao pomoć pri odlučivanju koriste se dvije metode koje upotrebljavaju podatke dobivene sa SCADA-e. Metoda hipoteza je najčešće korištena metoda u praksi za sintezu alarma. Kada je riječ o stotinjak alarma i kada je situacija prilično jasna, koristi se metoda niza, a kada je situacija kompliciranija i broj alarma doseže brojku do nekoliko stotina ili tisuća alarma, koristi se metoda hipoteza. U radu je prikazan stvarni primjer dijagnoze kvara u elektrodistribucijskom sustavu koji je opisan pomoću metode hipoteza. Trend koji se očekuje u budućnosti proširenje je SCADA sustava kao automatskog distribucijskog upravljačkog sustava (eng. DMS) koji će ubrzati i pojednostaviti upravljanje elektrodistribucijskim sustavom.

This paper presents a system for monitoring, control and data acquisition (SCADA)and its historical development. The paper describes the structure and integration of the system and shows its possibilities.SCADA system consists of four components: RTU / IED, a communication system, the main station and human - machine interface.As an aid in decision-making used two methods that use data obtained from SCADA.Hypothesis method is the most widely used method in practice for alternative approaches to the analysis of the problem. When it comes to hundreds of alarms and when the situation is quite clear, the sequence method is used, and when the situation is more complicated, when the number of alarms reaches the figure up to several hundreds or thousands of alarms, hypothesis method is used. This paper presents a real example of fault diagnosis in electrical distribution systems as described by the hypothesis method. A trend that is expected in the future is an extension of the SCADA system in the direction of the automatic distribution management system (DMS) that will speed up and simplify the management of the electricity distribution system.
