Abstract
U ovom radu vršena je koordinacija nadstrujne relejne zaštite elektrane Spin Valis International zajedno sa okružujućom distributivnom mrežom na osnovu simulacijskog modela načinjenog pomoću literature u programskom paketu EasyPower. Dan je opis procesa rada elektrane, svih električnih parametara postrojenja od kojih se sastoji simulacijski model te način postizanja koordinacije i selektivnosti korištenjem rezultata iz simulacija kratkih spojeva. Za provjeru ispravnosti koordiniranosti sustava nadstrujne zaštite vršeni su trofazni i jednofazni kratki spojevi za različita mjesta u mreži. Na osnovu iznosa struja kratkih spojeva te uz pomoć strujno-vremenskih karakteristika releja u neposrednoj blizini kratkog spoja vršena je provjera reagiranja pojedinih releja za osnovnu i rezervnu zonu štićenja. Osim zaštite od kvarova, u radu je opisana i zaštita elektrane od otočnog pogona

This paper performed coordination of overcurrent relay protection of biomass power plant Spin Valis International among with surrounding distribution network with help of the simulation model made of information from literature in software package EasyPower. Paper described working process of power plant, all electrical parameters of the facilities of which the simulation model was made of and the way of achieving coordination and selectivity by using results of short-circuit simulations. System check of overcurrent protection system coordination is conducted by simulations of three phase and single phase short-circuit faults for different places in grid. Main and auxiliary relay trip check was based on short-circuit current values and current-time characteristics of relays near short-circuit fault location. Apart from fault protection system, paper also describes islanding protection system of power plant.
