Abstract
Javna rasvjeta u današnjem vremenu predstavlja veoma važan segment svakodnevnog života. Razvojem tehnologije i revolucijom žarulja popravlja se i javna rasvjeta. U ovom radu se govori o svjetlo-tehničkim veličinama, vrstama žarulja za javnu rasvjetu, izvedbama javne rasvjete, utjecajem na okoliš i potrošnji energije na jednom izvodu. Prilikom projektiranja javne rasvjete nužno je obratiti pozornost na koeficijent iskorištenja, refleksije i utjecaja na okoliš. Navedene su vrste javne rasvjete te je prikazan uređaj za mjerenje potrebnih veličina kako bi utvrdili potrošnju električne energije. Mjerenje potrošnje električne energije provedeno je u naselju Vladimira Nazora u Osijeku te smo zaključili da postojeće stanje rasvjete nije prihvatljivo te smo preporučili modernizaciju, prelazak na LED rasvjetu.

Public lighting in the present time represents very important part of everyday living. Technology development and revolution of light bulbs improves also and public lighting. This paper is about light-technical sizes, types of bulbs for public lighting, performances of public lighting, influence on environment and energy consumption on one excerpt. During the designing of public lighting it is necessary to pay attention on efficiency coefficient, reflection and environment influence. There are listed types of public lighting and device used for measuring necessary sizes to define consumption of electrical energy is shown. Measurement of electrical energy consumption is done in Osijek, in part of city witch is known as Vladimir Nazor, and the conclussion is that present state of public lighting is not appropriate so we recommended modernization, move on to LED lighing.
