Abstract
Rad obrađuje problematiku komunikacije između klijenata i web poslužitelja u stvarnom vremenu korištenjem HTTP protokola. Prikazane su tehnike koje se mogu koristiti kako bi komunikacija bila što bliža komunikaciji u stvarnom vremenu, a obrađen je i websocket protokol kao rješenje problema koji je u postupku standardizacije. Kao dokaz koncepta tehnologija i tehnika izrađen je praktični rad koji se sastoji od uređaja koji odrađuje mjerenja udaljenosti objekata oko sebe i to dostavlja u stvarnom vremenu poslužitelju i na kraju klijentima na web sučelju. Kroz web sučelje moguće je pokrenuti i zaustaviti rad u stvarnom vremenu, čime je pokazana dvosmjerna websocket komunikacija uređaja i web sučelja korištenjem poslužitelja kao posrednika.

Parallel abstract (English)
This paper describes real-time communication between clients and web servers using HTTP protocol. Besides websocket protocol which is in process of standardization, this project describes technics to achieve almost real-time communication without using not fully standardized protocols like websockets. As theory proof of concept, practical work has been developed consisting of device which measures object distance around it and delivers data in real-time to server which then broadcasts to all connected web clients. Web clients are able to start and stop device in real-time which is proof of full duplex connection between device and web interface with server as mediator
