Abstract
U ovom radu obrađen je problem elektroničkog otpada i postupaka recikliranja. Svi podaci o elektroničkom otpadu, njegovoj količini i gospodarenju temelje se na podacima Europske unije. Prikazana su tri postupka kemijskog recikliranja; ekstrakcija bakra kiselinama, piroliza i ekstrakcija zlata korištenjem zlatotopke. Najbolje rezultate za ekstrakciju bakra kiselinama dobije se primjenom HCl + 1 N HNO3 kiseline s kojom je ekstraktirano (92,7 %), a najmanji postotak ekstrakcije primjenom H2SO4+ 3 N HCl (8,5). Pirolizom se gubi masa uzorka i pospješuje se ekstrakcija bakra jer se isti lakše delaminira od tiskane pločice. Primjenom zlatotopke za ekstrakciju zlata ostvaruje se od 95% do 99,92% ekstraktiranosti ovisno o odabranom reducensu.

Parallel abstract (English)
In this research paper it was discussed about problem of electronic waste and recycling processes. All data on electronic waste, its amount and the management are based on data from the European Union. It present three chemical recycling process; extraction of copper by leaching, pyrolysis and extraction of gold using aqua regia. Best result for the extraction of copper by leaching is obtained using 1 N HCl + HNO3 solution with which it is extracted (92.7%), and the smallest percentage of extraction using H2SO4 + 3 N HCl (8.5). Pyrolysis to lose weight of the sample and improves the extraction of copper because it easier delaminates from the circuit board. By using aqua regia for gold extraction was achieved from 95% to 99.92%, depending on the selected reducing agents.
