Abstract
U ovome diplomskom radu opisana je primarna, sekundarna i tercijarna regulacija u EES – u. Opisane su funkcije pojedinih razina regulacije, njihov međusobni odnos te područja djelovanja. Objašnjeni su načini osiguravanja regulacijskih pričuva snage, koje omogućavaju djelovanje pojedinih razina regulacije. Objašnjeni su osnovni pojmovi vezani uz vjetroturbine i vjetroelektrane kao i način rada vjetroelektrana u EES – u. Navode se uvjeti koji trebaju biti zadovoljeni da bi se vjetroelektrane mogle integrirati u EES. Spominje se bitna prognoza proizvodnje električne energije iz vjetroelektrana, podrška hidroelektrana vjetroelektranama i ekonomska procjena proizvodnje električne energije iz vjetroelektrana. Na kraju je izvršena simulacija prijenosne mreže područja Split s virtualnim vjetroparkom. Mijenjala se proizvodnja hidroelektrana s minimalne na maksimalnu kao i opterećenje potrošača. U slučaju opterećenja regulacija se obavljala hidroelektranom Zakučac.

Parallel abstract (English)
This thesis describes the primary, secondary and tertiary regulation in EES. It describes features of certain level of regulation, their interrelations and areas of action. It explains the methods of securing regulatory reserve power, which allow operation of certain levels of regulation. In addition, it also explains the basic terms related to wind turbines and wind power plants as well as the operation of wind power plants in the EES. It specifies the conditions which have to be met in order to be able to integrate wind power plants into the EES. It states the important forecast of electricity production from wind power plants, hydropower plants support to wind power plants as well as economic assessment of electricity production from wind power plants. Finally, there was a simulation of the transmission network of the Split virtual power plant. Production of hydropower plants has varied from minimum to maximum as well as load on consumers. In case of the load, regulation was performed by hydro power plant Zakucac.
