Abstract
Rad sadrži opis CMOS tranzistora i izradu diferencijalnoga pojačala kao modela, pomoću sklopova u simulaciji, te mjerenja. Cijeli rad se sastoji od tri dijela: teorije, praktičnog dijela i zrade sklopa i simulacije. Teorija je dio koji opisuje način rada CMOS tranzistora i način na koji radi diferencijalno pojačalo. Također, opisani su i dijelovi diferencijalnog pojačala i koje su njegove osnovne karakteristike. Praktični dio izrade sklopa jest izrada diferencijalnog pojačala uz pomoć integriranih sklopova HCF4007UB i mjerenje izlaznih karakteristika. Za mjerenja su korištena dva slučaja; kada na izlazu nemamo opterećenje i kada imamo kapacitivno opterećenje. Mjerenja su vršena na način da se odredi do koje frekvencije sklop može raditi i koliki je maksimalni iznos pojačanja. Simulacija pokazuje izradu sheme u programu NI Multisim 14. Na taj način smo usporedili mjerenja realnih tranzistora i približno idealnih tranzistora.

Parallel abstract (English)
The paper is consisted of the CMOS transistor description, differential amplifier production as a model using electronic circuits in the simulation, and all other required measurements. The whole paper is consisted out of three main parts: theory, practical part of the electronic circuit production and the simulation itself. Theory is the part that describes CMOS transistor mode of operation and the operation mode of the differential amplifier. Furthermore, in the theory are also described elements of the differential amplifier and his main characteristics. Practical part of the production of the electronic circuit is the production of the differential amplifier itself by using HCF4007UB integrated circuits and the measurement of the output characteristics. For the measurements are used two instances; when there is no load at the exit and when there is capacitive load. The measurements are performed in a way that we define the electronic circuit's maximum frequency for operating, and the maximum amount of the amplification. The simulation itself shows us the scheme production in the NI Multisim 14 program. In that way we successfully compared the measurements of the real transistors and the approximately ideal transistors.
