Abstract
Glavna problematika rada jest skiciranje ploha drugog reda u programskom alatu Mathcad. Kako bi to bilo moguće, bilo je potrebno ići korak po korak. Prvi korak je definiranje funkcije dviju varijabli. Graf funkcije dviju varijabli jesu plohe drugog reda. Koristeći se tim saznanjem, definirane su plohe drugog reda, u čemu su korištene osnovne zakonitosti linearne algebre. Navedena je klasifikacija ploha drugog reda, koja razlikuje devet zasebnih oblika. S obzirom na pravila korištenja programskog alata Mathcad i na oblik pripadnih funkcija različitih ploha, skicirani su neki od oblika, a slike njihovih grafova priloženi u radu. The main issue of this paper is plotting quadratic surfaces in programming tool Mathcad. In order to make that possible, it was necessary to move step by step. The first step was to give the definition of the two variable function. The two variable function graph is a quadratic surface. Using that knowledge, the definition of quadric surfaces was given with the basic principles of linear algebra used during the process. The next was the classification of quadratic surfaces, which separates nine different graph shapes. Considering the rules of using the programming tool Mathcad and considering shapes of belonging functions of separate surfaces, some of the shapes were plotted and the images of their graphs are enclosed in the paper.
