Abstract
Postupnim otvaranjem tržišta elektrine energije rastu zahtjevi prema standardnim uslugama oitanja pa u prvi plan dolaze sustavi koji mogu ispuniti postavljene zahtjeve. Sustavi daljinskog oitanja brojila za kupce prikljune snage iznad 30 kW pokazuju se kao jedini koji efikasno mogu prikupiti mjerne podatke potrebne tržištu tipa krivulje tereta djelatne energije. Primjenom ovakvih sustava poveana je pouzdanost obraunskih podataka, jer je izbjegnut ljudski faktor pri oitanju i obradi obraunskih podataka sa mjernih ureaja i znatno umanjena mogunost pogrešnog obrauna i prigovora kupca na raun za elektrinu energiju. Zbog velikih troškova standardne mjerne usluge oitanja na teško dostupnim ili geografski udaljenim mjernim mjestima (npr. RTV odašiljai) i poveanja mogunosti brojila, kao što je: daljinsko iskljuenje i ukljuenje kupca, provjera ispravnosti rada mjernog ureaja, provjera neovlaštenog korištenja elektrine energije, nadzor parametara kvalitete elektrine energije, sustavi daljinskog oitanja i upravljanja brojilima (AMR/AMM) se sve više primjenjuju za kupce prikljune snage manje od 30 kW.

With gradual opening of the energy market, the demand for standard meter reading services also grew, with focus on the systems that can fulfill those requests. Automatic meter reading systems for customers with electrical connection power output above 30 kW proved as the only one that can efficiently gather measuring data necessary for the open energy market, such as the power load curve. Application of such systems enhanced reliability of billing data, because there was no human factor involved in meters readings and billing data processing, which significantly decreased possibility of incorrect processing billing data and customer's reclamation of the bill for electrical energy account. Because of big costs for standard service meters readings in difficult accessible or geographical distant measurement places (e. g. RTV transmitter) and because of increasing of electrical meters possibility, like: remote controlled customer disconnection and connection, correct working check of electrical meter, unauthorized use of electrical energy, monitoring of Power Quality parameters, automatic meter and management reading systems (AMR/AMM) are more applicable for customers with electrical connection power under 30 kW.
