Abstract
Cilj ovog rada je stvoriti aplikaciju Detekcija iskrivljenja kralježnice koja omogućuje liječnicima da na jednostavan i lak način iz učitane rendgenske snimke odrede metode i načine liječenja pacijenata s nekom od tri vrste iskrivljenja kralježnice putem izračunavanja kuta iskrivljenja koji ujedno daje stupanj iskrivljenja. Za obradu slike korištene su metode Canny i Threshold. Za svaku od tri vrste iskrivljenja; lordozu, kifozu i skoliozu, liječenje u medicini je drugačije, a ovisno o... More veličini kuta između iskrivljenih kralježaka. Samo nekoliko stupnjeva manje ili više može značiti razliku između operativnog liječenja ili, primjerice, liječenja vježbanjem. Stoga je točnost izračunavanja kuta na prvom mjestu. Ovakva aplikacija napravljena u Visual Studio-u u programskom jeziku u C# te uz EmguCV ispunila je početno zadan zadatak i mogla bi olakšati posao liječnicima, a u budućnosti svakako ima prilike za usavršavanjem i unapređenjem kako bi bila još korisnija, čime bi se i njezina primjena dodatno proširila. Abstract (english)
The aim of this thesis is to create a Spinal Distortion Detection application that allows physicians to determine, in a simple and easy way from a loaded x-ray image, the methods and methods of treating patients with any of the three types of spinal distortion by calculating a distortion angle that also gives a degree of distortion. Canny and Threshold methods were used for image processing. For each of the three types of distortion; lordosis, kyphosis and scoliosis, the treatment in... More medicine is different depending on the size of the angle between the distorted vertebrae. Just a few degrees more or less can make the difference between an operative treatment or, for example, an exercise treatment. Therefore, the accuracy of the angle calculation comes first. Such an application, made in Visual Studio in C # programming language and with EmguCV, fulfilled its initial task and could make it easier for doctors, and in the future there is certainly room for improvement and to make it even more useful, making it even more useful spread.
