Abstract
Ovaj se rad temelji prvenstveno na postupke planiranja prilikom implementacije VoIP usluge, testiranje iste i mogućim sigurnosnim propustima te osvrt na kvalitetu usluge. Opisana je VoIP tehnologija od povijesnih činjenica do protokola i mrežnih osnova navedene tehnologije. Važnost planiranja, organizacijski aspekti i planovi za uspješnu implementaciju VoIP usluge, ključne su stavke koje su detaljno obrađene. Opisana je mrežna struktura tvrtke s ciljem boljeg razumijevanja implementirane Asterisk FreePBX VoIP centrale. Također su obavljena testiranja međusobnih pozivanja preko različitih sučelja i uređaja VoIP tehnologije. Nisu zanemareni ni sigurnosni aspekti VoIP tehnologije gdje je provedena detaljna analiza mogućih „napada“ na VoIP sustav. Održavanje kvalitete VoIP usluge kroz QoS zahtjeve kao i osiguranje dovoljne količine propusnosti, spriječavanje nastajanja mrežne latencije i kašnjenja, gubitaka paketa, jeke, šumova i smetnje te varijacije kašnjenja, igra veliku ulogu u načinu komuniciranja i prije svega zadovoljstvu korisnika VoIP usluge.

This work is based primarily on planning procedures in the implementation of VoIP services, testing and possible security trends and review of the quality of service. VoIP technology is described from historical facts to protocols and network basis. The importance of planning, organizational aspects and plans for the successful implementation of VoIP service, are key facts that are discussed in detail. The paper describes network structure of the company with the aim of better understanding of implemented VoIP Asterisk FreePBX. Also, testing of mutual calls was conducted via different interfaces and devices of VoIP technology. Safety aspects of VoIP technology with possible attacks were also not ignored. Maintaining the quality of VoIP services through the QoS requirements and ensuring sufficient amounts of bandwidth, preventing the emergence of network latency and delay, packet loss, echo, noise and interference and delay variation, plays a major role in communication, and above all, customer satisfaction.
