Abstract
U ovom završnom radu je opisan detaljno asinkroni stroj. Objašnjen je princip rada samog stroja te uloga pojedinih dijelova. Razrađene su sheme i karakteristike iz kojih su doneseni zaključci za koje je primjene stroj namijenjen. Opisane su pojedine vrste strojeva te njihove primjene u svakodnevnom životu. Problem koji se javlja kod ovakvih strojeva je pokretanje. Zbog toga se rad bazira na načine koji rješavaju takve probleme i doprinose njihovom poboljšanju. Budući da su obrađene dvije vrste asinkronih strojeva,odabrano je nekoliko načina pokretanja za svaku od vrsta. Odabrani načini pokretanja su detaljno razrađeni i uz njih su priložene sheme. Obrađen je problem velike struje kod pokretanja kaveznih i kliznokolutnih asinkronih strojeva i šest mogućih primjenjivih rješenja za taj problem.

Parallel abstract (English)
This final article describes in detail the asynchronous machine. Here is explained the working principle of the machine itself and the role of individual parts. Here are elaborated schemes and features which gave us findings for which purposses are they intended. It describes specific types of machines and their application in everyday life. The problem that arises in those machines is locomotion. Because of that problem, this final article is based on methods to solve these problems and contribute their improvement. Since here are processed two types of induction machines, few methods of locomotion have been choosen for every type. The selected locomotion methods have been developed in detail and with them are enclosed schemes.Proccessed is also a large current at start-cage and slip ring induction machines and six possible applicable solutions for this problem.
