Abstract
Diplomskim radom obrađena je problematika koja se tiče razvoja umjetne rasvjete, njen pozitivan i negativan utjecaj na čovjeka, životinjski i biljni svijet. Obrađene su norme koje daju smjernice kako odraditi rasvjetu s obzirom na realne uvjete. Praktičnim dijelom rada obrađeni su različiti načini mjerenja svjetlotehničkih veličina od računalnih simulacija do mjerenja na terenu koja se mogu izvesti na nekoliko načina te je odabran način mjerenja koji uključuje digitalni fotoaparat da bi se došlo do zaključka koji bi trebao pomoći i ubrzati mjerenja svjetlotehničkih veličina.
Abstract (english)
This final paper deals with issues related to the development of artificial illumination, its positive and negative impact on man, animal and plant world. Norms have been developed that give guidance on how to make lighting in accordance with real conditions. Practical part of the paper deals with various ways of measuring photometric sizes from computer simulations to field measurements that can be performed in several ways, and a measurement method that includes a digital camera has been selected to provide a conclusion that should help and accelerate fotometric measurements.
