Abstract	U ovome radu zadatak je bio projektirati, izraditi i ispitati sustav za mjerenje parametara kakvoće tla u primjenama uzgoja bilja. Sustav mjeri vlagu i pH faktor tla te razinu okolišnog osvjetljenja i temperaturu. Izmjerene parametre pohranjuje u bazu podataka i omogućuje povijesni prikaz istih. Prema izmjerenim parametrima razrađen je algoritam za procjenu i ocjenu kakvoće tla i uvjeta za uzgoj bilja.
Abstract (english)	The task of this paper was to design, produce and test the system that measures soil quality parameters in plant growing applications. The system measures the moisture and pH factor of the soil including the level of ambient illumination and environment temperature. The measured parameters are stored in the MySQL database and displayed in historical order within programmed web application. Algorithm to assess the soil quality and environmental conditions was created in relation to the measured parameters
