Abstract
U ovom radu objašnjene su vrste metrika za određivanje ocjene kvalitete video signala te njihova podjela. Najopćenitija podjela metrika je na subjektivne i objektivne metrike. Ovaj rad se bavi objektivnim metrikama. Detaljnije su obrađene NR metrike. Metrike koje su u radu testirane su: BRISQUE, MSU Blocking i MSU Blurring. Testiranje je provedeno na LIVE bazi video zapisa iz koje su se koristili video zapisi samo s IP i H.264 tipovima izobličenja. Na temelju dobivenih rezultata vrši se usporedba rezultata pojedine metrike sa subjektivnim rezultatima. Nijedna od analiziranih metrika se nije pokazala dovoljno točnom za procjenu kvalitete video signala s IP i H.264 tipovima izobličenja
Abstract (english)
In this paper the types of video quality metrics and their division are presented. The most common metric division is on subjective and objective metrics. This paper deals with objective metrics. Detailed explanations are given for NR metrics. Metrics that were tested are: BRISQUE, MSU Blocking and MSU Blurring. Testing was performed for signals from LIVE video quality database, from which videos only with IP and H.264 types of distortion were used. Based on the obtained results, a comparison of the results of a particular metric with the subjective results is performed. None of the analized metrics has shown to be accurate enough to assess the video signal quality with IP and H.264 types of distortion.
