Abstract	U diplomskom radu detaljno je opisan sustav za pomoć pri prostornom odlučivanju u distribuciji električne energije. Teorijski su opisana dva glavna djela sustava za pomoć pri prostornom odlučivanju, geografski informacijski sustav i ekspertni sustav. Također je prikazan povjesni pregled sustava. U rezultatima je prikazan DeGIS sustav za pomoć pri prostornom odlučivanju u distribuciji električne energije koji se koristi u HEP Operatoru distribucijskog sustava
Abstract (english)	The diploma thesis describes spatial desicion support system in distribution of electrical energy. Also, two main parts of spatial desicion support system, geographical information system and expert system are described. Historical review of system is also presented. The results show DeGIS, spatial desicion support system used in HEP Distribution system operator
