Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu izrađena je maketa hidrauličke jedinice koja se sastoji od dva spremnika tekućina opremljenih crpkama, ventilima, senzorima razine i protoka. Ta maketa predstavlja primjer tehničkog procesa nad kojom provodi proces automatizacije. Maketa je upravljana PLC-a Siemens SIMATIC S7 400, a upravljanje i nadzor vrše se pomoću HMI sučelja. Programsko rješenje logike upravljanja i vizualizacije razvijeno je u programskim alatima Siemens STEP 7 i WinCC, te CODESYS. Opisane su komponente od kojih se maketa sastoji kao i princip rada. Opisan je postupak mjerenja protoka i razine tekućine u spremniku pomoću PLC-a, sklop temeljen na Arduino Uno mikroupravljaču koji služi za upravljanje protokom pumpe, te regulacijski krug za regulaciju protoka uz ručno dodan poremećaj. Osim navedenog opisani su i programabilni logični kontroleri i pripadajući IEC standard te komunikacijske mreže korištene u industriji.
Abstract (english)
A hydraulic unit model consisting of two fluid reservoirs equipped with pumps, valves, level and flow sensors is created. This model represents an example of an automatically controlled technical process.. The model is controlled by a Siemens SIMATIC S7 400 PLC, and the control and monitoring are performed using a HMI interface. The program solution for control and visualization was developed in Siemens STEP 7, WinCC and CODESYS. The components of which the model is built are described and their operating principle is explained. The flow and level measurement procedure in the tank is described. The flow and level measurement is implemented using PLC, an Arduino Uno-based microcontroller assembly for pump flow management, and a flow control circuit with a manual disruption option. Furtheremore, the programmable logic controllers, the corresponding IEC standard and communication networks used in the industry are described.
