Abstract
U ovome radu dan je pregled metoda mjerenja visokog napona i struje direktno i posrednim metodama. Opisana je važnost nadzora kvalitete izolacije visokonaponske električne opreme te provođenje nadzora mjerenjem kapaciteta i kuta gubitaka, te mjerenjem parcijalnih izbijanja. Također su opisani principi rada optičko-elektroničkih mjernih pretvornika koji su moderna alternativa danas češće korištenim mjernim transformatorima.
Abstract (english)
This paper presents the methods of measuring high voltage and current by direct and indirect methods. The importance of monitoring the quality of insulation of high-voltage electrical equipment is described, as well as measurement of capacitance and dissipation factor, and the measurement of partial discharges. Also, the working principles of optoelectronic measurement transducers is described, as they are a modern alternative to the instrument transformers that are commonly used today.
