Abstract	U radu je opisan koncept pametnog grada i pametne rasvjete s njihovim najznačajnijim karakteristikama. Najčešće korišteni mrežni kontrolni protokoli koji se pojavljuju u sustavima upravljanja javnom rasvjetom detaljno su opisani. Rad se bavi mogućnostima sustava za upravljanje javnom rasvjetom te interoperabilnosti između više mreža javne rasvjete s mogućnošću implementacije standardiziranog sustava za upravljanje javnom rasvjetom. Nadalje, u radu je opisan skup mrežnih protokola koji omogućuju interoperabilnost, interoperabilni podatkovni model te interoperabilne usluge sa svim značajnim karakteristikama. Upute za pripremu natječajne dokumentacije za pametnu rasvjetu sa svim komponentama i tehničkim specifikacijama su detaljno opisane i analizirane. Na posljetku, u ovom radu je opisana analiza profitabilnosti i razdoblje povrata investicije prilikom zamjene starih i energetski neučinkovitih rasvjetnih tijela s LED tehnologijom, uz prisustvo pametnog sustava za praćenje i upravljanje javnom rasvjetom. U usporedbi sa zastarjelim sustavom javne rasvjete, pametni sustav je isplativ kroz nekoliko godina.
Abstract (english)	Graduate thesis deals with the smart city and smart public lighting concept and their characteristics. Most commonly control network protocols with their characteristics are shown as well. Furthermore, it deals with public lighting management system capabilities and interoperability between more public lighting systems, with possibility of implementation of standardized system for public lighting management in terms of smart city concept. In addition, a set of network control protocols that enable interoperability, interoperability data model and interoperability services with all significant characteristics are described in paper as well. The instructions for preparing Smart Lighting Tender document with all components and technical specifications are shown as well. Finally, this paper describes analysis of profitability and return investment period by replacing old inefficient luminaires with energy efficient LED technology using smart system for monitoring and control of public lighting. Compared to outdated public lighting system, smart public lighting system is highly profitable in a few years.
