Abstract
U radu su teorijski obraĎene postojeće izvedbe UWB antena. Od istih izvedbi bilo je potrebno odabrati jednu i korištenjem programa za simulaciju Ansoft HFSS dizajnirati i analizirati rad antene koja pokriva tri frekvencijska opsega: 450MHz-830MHz, 800MHz-970MHz i 1800MHz-1900MHz. Izvedena je simulacija dvije antene, jedna bez DGS-a koja je pokrivala prva dva opsega i antena sa DGS-om koja je pokrivala sva tri opsega.Nakon simulacije, bilo je potrebno izraditi laboratorijski model antene i izmjeriti te izvesti mjerenja dijagrama zračenja te koeficijenta refleksije na ulazu S11 i ulazne impedancije. Razultati mjerenja koeficijenta refleksije i dijagrama zračenja su usporeĎeni sa rezultatima simulacije.

This work is about UWB antennas which are theoretically explained. From those antennas one has been chosen and using simulation application Ansoft HFSS designed and analysed. Antenna covers three bands: 450MHz-830MHz, 800MHz-970MHz and 1800MHz-1900MHz. Two antennas were simulated. Antena without DGS covered first two bands and antenna with DGS covered all three bands. After simulation, it was needed to make laboratory model of proposed antenna and make measurments of reflection coefficient S11 and input impedance. Also was needed to measure radiaton pattern for antenna. Measurment results of reflection coefficient and radiation pattern are compared with simulation results.
