Abstract
Ovaj diplomski rad bavi se problemom stabilizacije trake elektromagnetima na liniji zagalvanizaciju. Uređaj za stabilizaciju sastoji se od četiri elektromotora koji pomiču uređaj, 16induktivnih senzora, 16 sporih elektromagneta i 32 brza elektromagneta. U radu je opisanakomunikacija i upravljanje elektromotorima za pozicioniranje toga uređaja, koji se pozicioniraparalelno s procijenjenim pravcem izračunatim primjenom metode najmanjih kvadrata na točkedobivene sa senzora. Cilj pozicioniranja je postaviti elektromagnete paralelno s trakom naudaljenosti od 20mm. Nadalje, u radu je opisano upravljanje elektromagnetima za stabilizacijutrake. Signali sa senzora filtriraju se Butterworthovim niskopropusnim filtrom kako bi se dobiosignal pogodan za regulaciju struje elektromagneta. Spori elektromagneti ispravljaju traku ipovlače ju prema procijenjenom pravcu prolaska, uklanjaju niskofrekventne smetnje. Brzielektromagneti smanjuju vibracije trake nastale zbog smetnji na liniji, uklanjajuvisokofrekventne smetnje. Svi elektromagneti napajani su istosmjernom strujom iz strujnogizvora. Upravljački program za uređaj i simulacija procesa izrađeni su u programskom paketuCoDeSys V2.3. Testiranje je napravljeno na simulatoru PLC-a CoDeSys SP PLCWinNT V2.4

This master thesis deals with the problem of strip stabilization in galvanizing line usingelectromagnets. The considered stabilizing device is made of four electric motors used for devicepositioning, 16 induction sensors, 16 slow electromagnets and 32 fast electromagnets. The thesisdeals with the problems which occur in communication with electric motors and control ofelectric motors in process of device positioning. The device is positioned parallel to theestimated strip line calculated from sensor data using the least squares method. The purpose ofpositioning is to set the device parallel to the estimated strip line 20mm away from it.Furthermore, electromagnet control is described. The sensor signals are filtered using low passButterworth filter. The filtered signal is used for electromagnet regulation. Slow electromagnetsare used for strip flattening and positioning of the strip on the estimated strip line. They removelow frequency disturbances. Fast electromagnets suppress strip vibration caused by linedisturbances. They remove high frequency disturbances. All electromagnets are powered bydirect current from a current source. The programs for device control and process simulation aremade in software package CoDeSys V2.3. Testing is done on PLC simulator CoDeSys SPPLCWinNT V2.4
