Abstract
U ovom radu dan je uvid u to što je kvaliteta električne energije, te kvarove i događaje koje utječu na kvalitetu električne energije s kratkim osvrtom na ekonomske i ostale gubitke uslijed ispada mreže zbog loše kvalitete električne energije. Također je opisano postupno uvođenje naprednih mreža u svakodnevni život, od njihovog začetka do primjera kako uvesti napredne mreže s primjerom iz Njemačke. Opisana su mjerila koja su nužna kako bi mreža postala "pametna", te su sagledane prednosti i nedostaci. Glavna tema i naglasak se stavlja na kvalitetu električne energije u naprednim mrežama. Opisuju se različiti pristupi otkrivanju i otklanjanju kvarova u mreži, te utjecaj različitih pristupa na vremenske i financijske gubitke. Pri samom kraju vršena su mjerenja stanja mreže priključivanjem električnog vozila kako bi se ustanovilo koje su veličine utjecane priključivanjem električnog vozila.

Parallel abstract (English)
In this paper, an insight is given as to what power quality is, as well as faults and events that influence the power quality with a short overview on economical and othes losses caused by grid failure because of poor power quality. A gradual implementation of smart grids into everyday life has been given. From their inception to an example in Germany. New meters, who are necessary for the network to become smart have been described, as well as their strengths and flaws. The main subject of this paper is the power quality in smart grids. Various approaches for detecting and dealing with faults in the grid and the influence of those approaches on time and economical aspects have been described. At the end measurements of the grid have been made when connecting an electric vehicle to see what parameters are affected by an electric vehicle.
