Abstract
U završnom radu opisani su osnovni procesi u proizvodnji piva, elektromotorni pogon koji se koristi u samoj proizvodnji te prehrambene namirnice. Opisani su procesi pumpanja vode iz bunara, tri faze obrade vode nakon koje voda odlazi u daljni proces proizvodnje piva. Također su opisani procesi kuhanja, fermentacije, skladištenja i vrenja samog piva. Nakon upoznavanja s osnovnim sastojcima i pripremom piva, opisan je elektromotorni pogon pivovare te završni proizvod kakav možemo vidjeti na policama trgovina.
Abstract (english)
The final thesis describes the basic processes in the production of beer, and the electric motor system that is used in the production beer itself. The processes of pumping water from wells, and three stages of water treatment, after which the water goes to further the process of brewing. Also disclosed are processes of cooking, fermentation, storage and the boiling beer. After getting acquainted with the basic ingredients and the preparation of beer, is described electric motor brewery, and the final product as we see on store shelves.
