Abstract
U završnom radu opisan je proces prerade kartona u pogonu tiskare i kartonaže. Proces je podijeljen na nekoliko dijelova koji opisuju obradu valovite ljepenke u konačni proizvod ( amerikan kutije), postupak izrade štancane ambalaže, postupak izrade ambalaže s posebnom namjenom, te postupak pripreme kartonskog otpada za reciklažu. Osim opisa postupka obrade kartonskih ploča, opisan je i rad svakog pojedinog stroja koji se koristi u određenom postupku. Dane su informacije o elektromotorima te neki shematski prikazi pojedinih strojeva. Svaki stroj pogoni trofaznim asinkroni motor. Na kraju rada prikaza je grubi proračun mjesečne potrošnje električne energije za jedan mjesec.

In this final paper, it is described the process of processing cardboard in the company. The process is divided into several sections that describe the processing of corrugated cardboard in the final product (American box), the process of making stamped packagong, the process of making packaging with a special purpose and the process of preparing cardboard waste for recycling. In addition to it is described the operation of each individual machine that is used for the particular process. There are informations on electric motors and schematics of individual machines. Each machine drives three-phase induction motor. At the end of the final paper there is a rough calculation of electricity consumption for one month.
