Abstract
Tema ovog završnog rada je Primjena marketinga u malom poduzeću. Teorijskim aspektima i primjerima iz vlastitog iskustva rada u odjelu marketinga malog poduzeća, biti će prikazani važni dijelovi marketinga i njegov utjecaj na poslovanje (integraciju marketinga u svaki aspekt poslovanja) te prilagodba poduzeća marketingu od novih tehnologija do izmjenjene maloprodaje i veleprodaje. Marketing je srž svakog brenda, proizvoda i cjelokupnog poslovanja. Ovaj pojam se ne smije izjednačavati s promocijom, iako je promocija element marketinga. U malom poduzeću marketing obuhvaća više razina, jedne od njih su izrada i provedba marketinškog plana na realističan način, izradu proračuna, istraživanje, edukaciju ostalih djelatnika i ustrajnost na odnosnom marketingu u prodaji. S obzirom na promjene na tržištu i sve veću zastupljenost online prodaje, poduzeće se mora prilagoditi i izraditi kvalitetne web shopove, stranice i učiti web privlačniji kupcima. Posao marketinga u konkretnom poduzeću je testirati web shop, popričati s kupcima u vezi funkcionalnosti istog, provesti željene izmjene i učiniti sam web shop "lako probavljivim" i zanimljivim. Također, uključuje odabir boja i teme u suradnji s grafičkim odjelom isticanje proizvoda, kreiranje jasnih uputa, kontakt podataka i upoznavanja korisnika s prednostima naručivanja svakog proizvoda prilikom čega je važno paziti na razne dodatke koje konkurencija nema.

The subject of this work is Application of marketing in a small company. By theoretical aspects and examples from my own experience of working in the department of marketing in a small company, important parts of marketing and its influence on management (integration of marketing in every aspect of management) and adaptation of company to marketing from new technologies to updated retail and wholesale will be shown. Marketing is the essence of every brand, product and entire business. This term can not be equated with the promotion, altough the promotion is the element of marketing. In a small company, marketing includes several levels, which some of are development and implementation of marketing plan realistically, budgeting, research, education of other employees and perseverance on relational marketing in sale. Due to changes in the market and increased presence of online sales, the company needs to adapt and to develop quality web shops, pages and make the web more attractive to customers. The tasks of marketing department in a small company in which I work in, is to test web shop, communicate with customers regarding functionality of web shop, to implement desired changes and to make web shop more interesting and available to customers. This first part includes selection of colours and themes in collaboration with the graphic department highlighting of the products, creating clear instructions, contact data and introduction of users with the benefits of ordering every product. The company also needs to use the services of the delivery company which customers trusts. After the product is delivered, in addition with it, we can send additional information or we can refer the customer to a blog on the web shop, in which is described the process of date modification on the stamp or is given the option to purchase an additional stamp ink.
