Abstract
Svaki čovjek u svojem životu ima želju da zadovolji određene potrebe, također, nekoga nešto motivira, ali sva ponašanja djeluju na atmosferu u poduzeću. Budući da je svaki čovjek različit onda je upravljanje u poduzećima s većim brojem osoba prilično složen posao. Kreativan čovjek neprestano traga za novim idejama koje ga onda dovode do stvaranja novih proizvoda i usluga. Kvalitetno motiviranje ljudi u poslu djeluje na povećanje vrijednosti poduzeća na način da ljudi pružaju više. Danas je dosta česta situacija da postoje poduzeća koja svoju strategiju poslovanja zasnivaju upravo na izgradnji ljudskih potencijala koji će biti orijentirati prema ostvarenju svih zacrtanih ciljeva poduzeća, a među njima posebno do izražaja dolaze proizvodnost i visoka razina zadovoljstva potrošača. Snaga poduzeća promatra se kroz to koliko je poduzeće konkurentno u odnosu na ostala poduzeća iz iste djelatnosti. Konkurentska prednost može se ostvariti na različite načine, a jedna od prednosti svakako su resursi. Snaga poduzeća, s obzirom na resurse koje poduzeće posjeduje, nalazi se u jednostavnosti resursa s naglaskom na kompetencije i način na koji se upravlja tim resursima.

Every man in his own life has a desire to meet the specific needs also motivates someone something, but we conduct work on the atmosphere in the company. Since every person is different then the management in companies with a larger number of people quite complex job. A creative man is constantly searching for new ideas that it then lead to the creation of new products and services. Well motivating people to work acts to increase the value of the company in a way that people give more. Today is quite a common situation that we have companies that their business strategy is based precisely on the building of human resources that will be oriented towards achieving the set goals of the company and among them manifested in productivity and a high level of customer satisfaction. Power companies are looking at how the company is competitive in relation to other companies in the same industry. Competitive advantage can be achieved in different ways but one of the benefits are certainly resources. The power companies given the resources that a company has is in the simplicity of resources, with an emphasis on competence and the way it manages these resources.
