Abstract
Razvoj menadžmenta proces je kojim menadžeri dobivaju potrebne vještine, iskustvo i stavove uspješnih lidera u svojim organizacijama. Cilj je razvoja menadžmenta povećati sadašnju i buduću konkurentsku sposobnost i organizacijsku uspješnost. Dobar menadžer utječe na učinkovito planiranje, izradu proračuna, sustave nadzora, odgovornost delegiranja, osiguravanje sudjelovanja u odlučivanju i drugo. Jedna od mnogobrojnih politika za koju se zalažu sve zemlje članice Europske unije je osiguranje jednakih mogućnosti i za žene i muškarce. Kako se djelovanje žena i muškaraca promatra u različitim područjima, tako je posebno zanimljivo za izučavanje odnos između ženskog stila vođenja i muškog stila vođenja. U ženskom stilu vođenja više je izražen prijateljski odnos gdje se želi graditi vođenje koje će biti suradničko. Osim toga, ženski stil vođenja sam po sebi nameće suradnju sa zaposlenicima, što onda vodi i prema boljem poznavanju zaposlenika. Kada se promatra moć u ženskom stilu vođenja ona je podijeljena, jer se na taj način želi dodatno pojačati zadovoljstvo svih zaposlenika. Uključivanjem žena u menadžment postiže se veća raznolikost pristupa i stilova menadžmenta, čime se postiže sposobnost unošenja promjena, što je za suvremene organizacije vrlo bitno kako bi opstale i konkurirale na tržištu.

Management development process is that managers receive the necessary skills, experience and attitudes of successful leaders in their organizations. The goal is the development of management to increase current and future competitive advantage and organizational success. A good manager affects the effective planning, budgeting, control systems, delegating responsibility, ensuring participation in decision-making, and more. One of the many policies espoused by all member states of the European Union is to ensure equal opportunities for women and men. As the actions of men and women observed in different areas, so it is particularly interesting for the study of the relationship between female leadership style and masculine leadership style. In the women's style of leadership is more pronounced amicable relationship where we want to build the conduct to be cooperative. In addition, female leadership style itself imposes cooperation with employees which then leads to better understanding and employees. When considering the power of the feminine style of leadership it is divided, because in this way to further boost the satisfaction of all employees. The inclusion of women in management is achieved greater diversity of approaches and styles of management, thereby achieving the ability to make changes as the modern organizations is very important in order to survive and compete in the market
